During morning observations, QMHP-C observed the client displaying off task behavior as evidenced by running throughout and playing in the hallway with peers. During midday observations, QMHP-C observed the client managing his anger appropriately as evidenced by engaging positively with adults and peers during instructional period. During afternoon observations, QMHP-C observed the continuing to make positive decisions and remaining focused. QMHP-C greeted the client upon his arrival to the school setting. QMHP-C inquired about the client’s morning. During morning observations, QMHP-C redirected the client to his classroom. QMHP-C engaged the client in discussion identifying the importance of following rules set for the school setting. During afternoon observations, QMHP-C encouraged the client to stay focused. QMHP-C praised the client for an afternoon well done. Upon arrival to the school setting, the client communicated that his morning was going well. The client responded well towards the interventions as evidenced by positive feedback and participation. During morning observations, the client responded well towards redirection as evidenced by returning to his classroom and completing assignments. The client explained that he understood the importance of following rules set for the school setting. During observations provided during midday and afternoon, the client displayed on task behaviors as evidenced by completing all ISP objectives.
